My Cutting Files

Hello Everyone...after much thought I have decided once again to share my cutting files with you all....If you are interested there is a link at the top of my blog underneath the header which will take you to my download site for the files.....Please be aware...while browsing through my previous blogposts... when you find a file you like.....the link for that image is broken...you will need to go to the link at the top of my blog to do a search for the file to download....as it is too time consuming to go through each and every post and correct the links for the files. I trust you will all understand this.
I too, will again offer the entire collection for purchase on DVD if anyone would be interested...you will find the option for that in my ETSY store....As I create new files they will be complied on a DVD in the future for those who prefer to combine that way.

Time to CELEBRATE WITH SHERRI & DAWN!!!!

Hello Everyone....and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!  I hope you are having a blessed day....and I would like to send out my sincere sympathy to all those affected by the horrible unspeakable tragedy in CT today.......I pray the Lord's embrace around all affected.......just so senseless and heartbreaking!!!!!

I DO want to  share some WONDERFUL WONDERFUL news with you.......Remember several months ago when the Silver Bullet Professional Cutter was announced...and came out........BTW....I am LOVING my machine!!!  There was a person trying to cause drama and spread LIES around about two AMAZING LADIES....Sherri Jensen (the owner of That's Scrap Inc.) and Dawn Grantham (the owner of Thyme Graphics)....they are the creators of the Black Cat Cutters........they have been in a legal battle regarding the Trademark ownership of the Black Cat Cutters....WELL....the truth is now been proven and I'm able to clearly SHOUT IT OFF THE ROOF TOPS!!!!

The trademarks HAVE BEEN GRANTED TO
SHERRI JENSEN (SLJ Distributing)  That's Scrap Inc. IN THE UNITED STATES
and
DAWN GRANTHAM  Thyme Graphics IN THE UK

Wahoooooooooooooooooooo Ladies!!!!  I would like to say I am TRULY in awe by the way you have handled yourself with integrity and honor through all of this!!!!  That speaks volumes to people seeking to purchase a machine and wanting to know the person they are purchasing from is honest and reliable!!!!!

Sherri owns the Trademark for the Silver Bullet Cutter in the UNITED STATES

and

Dawn owns the Trademark for the Silver Bullet Cutter in the UK

So.......let me be clear in sharing this.....the ONLY PEOPLE LEGALLY ABLE TO SELL The Black Cat Cutter OR The Silver Bullet Professional Cutters are Sherri Jensen with That's Scrap Inc. (US) and Dawn Grantham with Thyme Graphics Inc (UK) and Jo with Cutting Edge Craft (Australia).

Anyone else attempting to use these names on a cutter line will be breaking the law. These ladies are taking this very seriously AS THEY SHOULD!!!!  They've obeyed the law through all of this nastiness this CREEP has been pulling and they have been justifiably vindicated...and I could not be more proud of them.....Whatever punishment this CREEP receives through whatever legal actions they may be taking will be deserved on his part....and any people he has conned and lied to....to help him.

So......If any of you see crap being spread around the cutting world about any of these ladies.....I urge you to  give them the courtesy of asking them directly....allowing them the opportunity to tell you the TRUTH...I can assure you anything this other CREEP will say will be lies lies and more lies...and any of this minions he has trying to destroy these ladies......With these ladies you will receive AMAZING customer service and a fabulous support team through their forums.

Also...if any of you have put deposits down on "supposed machines" that will be coming out by him bearing any name containing Black Cat or Silver Bullet....I URGE you to check into getting your money back....as he is NOT able to use these names on any cutting machine. Just a fare warning!!!!

For those interested in just some of the CRAP this CREEP has tried to pull...you might find the below listed link to be a VERY interesting read!!!!!

http://www.bratpack.org.uk/2012/12/beware-fake-silver-bullet-website/

Ok......I've said my peace.....shared my excitement, pride and joy for Sherri & Dawn...These ladies deserve this.....and I pray you all will join me in celebrating with them!!!!!!

THANK YOU everyone for taking time to read this.....IF you feel led to spread the word about this...THANK YOU....These ladies deserve anyone helping to spread the TRUTH that will.....they are ladies I am TRULY honored to know and be associated with...they are top of the line in my book!!!

I would like to wish you all a VERY blessed weekend and a very very Merry Christmas!!!!  I do hope you will come by again......until next time...

My Oh My....How Does the Time FLY.....

Hello Hello Everyone.....My GOODNESS I've done an absolutely HORRIBLE job keeping up with my blog these last several months....I'm going to do my best to get better with this.....time just seems to zoom by doesn't it.....

Can you believe Christmas is almost here!!!  Another year coming to a close....WOW...And believe it or not I have FINALLY gotten the creative bug to play in my ARTHaven a bit.....needed to work up several tags for a request I had.....Once I got the ideas of what I wanted to do and started creating it was FUN again and ideas started flowing...felt like I had found a long lost friend!! ;)

So I was really excited to get them all done so I could share them with you.....I'll start by showing you the ones I created today.....well....actually over the last 2 days......So...here we go....Here's my first one....

I call this one Silver Bells......and the phrase I used makes you want to sing the song....don't you think!! ;) I also did the print and cut technique with the fern branches on this and I love it...I decided to print the fern branches on a green cardstock.......so they would look more realistic then on white...I rather like how it came out...did lots of layering on this piece and used my Pen Holder Tool that I got from Sherri at That's Scrap Inc. with my Silver Bullet Professional Cutter....Used 2 patterns of decorative paper for the bow so it would look like you see the back side of the bow......I really had fun with this tag.....Thought if anyone might be interested in the file you can click on the image below and it will take you there....

Okie Dokie....Now to my next tag....I REALLY had alot of fun with this one......and did lots and lots of print and cut with it.....

Isn't this SO SO cool!!! I love it...and I just love the 3D affect to it...I used glitter glue on the ground to imitate snow.....and it just sparkles so pretty!! Even put some snowflakes around...added some fibers for his actual hair and on the drum to give more of a realistic look.....used my Pen Holder tool again with a Copic .05 marker to draw the phrase.....and of course as you can tell did lots and lots of print and cut.....I love how this turned out....Thought I would list the file  in case anyone was interested in the cuts to design one of these for yourself.....

PDC Little Drummer Boy Tag

Now this next one I think turned out super super cute!!!!  I hope you like it.....

Now am I right????? Isn't this tag the cutest thing!!!!!  I absolutely love this one....think it's one of my favorites.....I again use the Pen Tool with a Copic .05 marker to draw the phrase.......I only did the print and cut on the teddy bear....the other items I just used decorative papers with  but you could very easily do print and cut with the ribbons too....I like how each tag has it's own individual look...Just love love this tag....Anyway...I have also listed the pattern for this one in case anyone is interested.......

Now I thought I would also show you the tags I worked up last weekend....I didn't create files to share with these...but if there is an interest for them I would be happy to......just let me know....

This next one I think turned out so gorgeous.......I love all the detail and how realistic it looks...don't you.....

Obviously I did LOTS and LOTS of print and cut with this piece.... ;)  Had a blast doing it too.....I did one more tag....but dufous me FORGOT to take a picture of it.....it was of an Angel...and it was very elegant...but that doesn't help much does it...LOL

UPDATE:  After a few requests for the file I worked the Print and Cut file up for the tag...

So...Now I also thought I would show you 2 last files I created...just in case it might be something you were looking for......

Shew.....I always do that to you all don't I......make the posts SO long!!! Sorry about that....just seems when the bug hits me I create and create then want to show it all!!! LOL  I do so hope you enjoyed your visit here and perhaps maybe an idea or 2?????  I can hope anyway.....THANK YOU so very much for stopping by to visit with me...it always always makes me smile!!!!  I would like to wish you all a VERY blessed week!!!  Take care and I do hope you will stop by again...Until then....

Time for Another Creative Cutting Challenge....

Hey Everyone...Me again....Guess what time it is.......It's time for another Creative Cutting Challenge from the Creative Pointe Design Team........
Creative Cutting Challenge
this one if for a Halloween Card...WOWZERS isn't it hard to believe Halloween is almost here!!!!

So...I wanted to make up something that was FUN but a bit spooky!!!  And this is how my end result came out.........I hope you like it....

I really had ALOT of fun creating this.....I made up a new file and used some of my older ones.......as well as used a few from Creative Pointe's Halloween Set as shown below.......

So to create this FUN card...I stared out my base using some of the Core Impressions from Graphic 45 Coordinations Patterned Paper that was already embossed and used my sanding block to remove some of the color off the top of half of the card layer......to give the affect of the ground and sky......

I then took all the files I created and chose for this creation into Sure Cuts Alot 3 and cut each of them out with my Silver Bullet Pro Cutter.....using regular cardstock in brown, orange, white & black.......it's after they were cut that I distressed them in different ways.....was lots and lots of fun!!!!  On the fence I used an embossing folder from The Paper Studio which is Hobby Lobby's store brand of embossing folders in the wood grain...I like the finer grain of this design....I distressed the edges of the pickets with ink in a darker brown....used foam squares to give more of a dimensional look......

The big moon I just made a big circle and cut in orange then distressed the edges with distress inks and a TH distressing sponge......I then coated with Versamark Dazzle in Champagne color and then coated with clear embossing powder and heat embossed....it lets the moon sparkle a bit.......I gotta say...it's the first time using a Versamark Dazzle pad....have used the regular ones alot but not the Dazzle....I REALLY like it!!!!

I used this pad on the ghosts the word circle the black layer behind the word circle....and also on the tombstone......I really really like how it made the tombstone look......makes it look like granite I think.....

On the word circle...I wrote out the words with a Sharpie and the Pen Tool and my Silver Bullet Professional Cutter....then I colored them with 2 of my Distress Markers...then sprayed with water to allow the markers to bleed and then dried with my heat gun.....it gave it just the look I was wanting....then I hit the edges with some dark brown ink and then coated with the dazzle Versamark pad....coated with clear embossing powder and heat embossed....gives it a bit of a spooky grungy look...don't ya think!!

For the owl I hit the background piece with a dark brown inkpad and then layered the body over the top....used an orange and brown Dick Blick Alcohol marker to color the beak on the owl.....then attached him like he is perched in the branches of the bare tree.....he's watching all the trick or treaters!! ;)

I then took my Distresser from Zutter and distressed the edges of the background piece before attaching all the pieces for the card.......on the inside of the card I used some grey and orange cardstock with a bit of brown and a bat border I have........Voila!!!  Complete.....So I REALLY hope you like it...I think it turned out really FUN!!!!!

So....that's my creation for this Challenge...I sure hope you like it and I hope it brings a smile to your face!!!  I...as always...want to THANK YOU so much for stopping by to visit with me.....I would like to wish you all a VERY blessed week!!!! I do hope you will come by and visit with me again......Until next time......

A little fun this afternoon.....

Hello Hello.....I hope you are all doing wonderful.........another beautiful day in my neck of the woods...hope so for you as well!!!

So......I belong to the Outlawz Challenges group....and this week the Monday challenge is for Breast Cancer Awareness....I knew I wanted to join in on this challenge......as I had a file I wanted to use......and do something I had been thinking for a while........You all know I've bragged and bragged how I LOVE my Silver Bullet Pro Cutter...it's SUCH a dream to use.....;)  Well I wanted to make my homemade embossing plate using my Silver Bullet Pro to cut out the chipboard......so I figured today was as good a day as any.....so I created my design........then I used some of the WONDERFUL chipboard I get from Tyler at All That Jazz Supplies and cut out this file 2 times........So I used it on the background paper for the card I made.....

I really had a lot of fun working this card up.....I decided I wanted to draw a face on the head for this....so I opened up my trusty Inkscape and started drawing the face...I really like how it came out...then I drew it with the Pen Tool that I got from That's Scrap Inc and a Sharpie Ultra Fine Marker using my Silver Bullet Pro.....I think it turned out perfectly!!!  I used my Dick Blick Alcohol markers to color the lips and then used some Glossy Accents to make the lips shiney......I then used some watercolor pencils and my water brush to put on eye shadow and a bit of blush  then used a Versamagic chalk pad to go around the top edge of the "head" ....

On the halo I colored it with a silver Sharpie then coated with my Versamagic Dazzle Champagne pad then coated with embossing powder and heat embossed...then I used some Distress Stickles in Champagne...

Time for Another Creative Cutting Challenge....

Hey Everyone......I hope you're all doing WONDERFUL today!!!!  So....it's that time again....time for another Creative Cutting Challenge with the Design Team I'm on.......

Creative Cutting Challenge

This this challenge it's about Halloween...but NOT a CARD........Hummm......so what would be FUN for Halloween....Well.....I came up with a "Hangie"....You know...something you can hang on a hook just to bring a smile to your face when you walk by.......so...here's what I came up with!!!

This is the design on the computer screen....with a combination of Creative Pointe files and My Files.....

This was such a FUN project to do and worked up fairly quickly once I got my idea in my head.....

On the Tombstone I used some Vintage Glitter.....(isn't it COOL)

Like my spider???...LOL  The top part of it is some Velvet Paper from Tyler over at All That Jazz Supplies and the body of the spider is some Velvet Paper from The Paper Temptress...it was white and I used a Dick Blick black marker and colored it black...worked perfectly....

So to create this piece I used some of the files in the Creative Pointe:

Halloween Set Two - Click Image to Close
You can read more about this set HERE

And I also used a couple of my cut  files......

PDC Spooky Spider 9-5-2010

PDC Spider Web 9-5-2010

I started off with picking a few of the files from the Creative Point set.......then went from there...pulling in one of my spider web files and then my scary spider.......and then it all fell together....I cut all the pieces with my Silver Bullet Professional Cutter......and used some awesome papers......everything that has glitter on them I decided to cut with just regular black cardstock and put a layer of double sided adhesive on it which I get from Tyler at All That Jazz Supplies.....this is some awesome stuff!!!!  Cut the shapes out...then removed the top layer of the adhesive and coated with glitter......works PERFECTLY!!!!

You'll notice on the tombstone piece I used Vintage Glitter...WOWZERS isn't that beautiful........love the affect....I was trying for an old stony looking headstone.......I kinda think it looks like it......for orange pieces.......(not the background piece) I used some Velvet paper from The Paper Temptress ....it was white and I colored them orange with a Dick Blick Alcohol Marker and it worked just as I had envisioned.....the pumpkin piece I ran through my embossing machine using a spider web folder.....really makes it look like a pumpkin texture don't you think!! ;)  all of the pieces I used some Walnut Stain Distressed Ink to give them more of an aged look.....

Check out the bat and the spooky spider....are they ADORABLE....I decided to use some of Tyler at All That Jazz Supplies' Black Velvet Paper......LOVE this stuff!!!!  I find  myself continuing to touch it cause I just LOVE the feel of it!!!!

So then I just layered layers and layered...used foam squares on everything.....added a couple of eyelets at the top so I could thread some ribbons through them and tie off....Voila!!!!  Completed......and a fun thing to have displayed.......So...Do you like it???????  I hope so......I think it makes you smile!!! Would LOVE to hear your thoughts!!!!
